Reactive Support

In addition to HCST's premier Managed Service options, HCST provides "pay as you go" support services for a large client base as well.

HCST's staff of trained, experienced technical support specialists support clients remotely via "remote control", or on-site. HCST staff handles ongoing, planned, and emergency services at hourly rates.

All HCST support services are charged by actual time (to the tenth of an hour) and actual travel time. HCST has no minimum charge for support services.
