Acceptable Use Policy

The HCST*Net Acceptable Use Policy describes the acceptable uses of HCST*Net Network Services. Violation of these policies may result in immediate termination of services.

Network Service Terms and Conditions.

Use of HCST*Net Network Services constitutes acceptance of the HCST*Net Network Service Terms and Conditions. 

Consulting Agreement

HCST professional services are provided under the terms and conditions of the HCST Consulting Terms and Conditions. These services include PC Support, Sever management, Network Installation and other services. A signed copy of the Consulting Agreement is required prior to services being provided.

Warranty Issues

HCST provides support for various manufacturer hardware. HCST Services are NOT considered warranty support. Read  HCST's Warranty Support policy for more information.
