Account Setup Options

HCST*Net has 4 account setup options to meet your needs. Account setup is free for the do-it-yourselfer, and other options for paid support are available.

• I'm an Expert! -- No Setup charge
  If you are familiar with setting up dial-up networking entries for your Windows95/98/NT system and configuring Outlook, Outlook express or other E-Mail programs, you can use our set-up information on our Client Support page.
• HCST*Net Customized IE 5.0 CD -- $12.95
  The HCST*Net Customized Internet Explorer CD is available for 12.95 (plus tax and shipping). This CD-based installation automatically installs Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01 and Connection Manager pre-configured for HCST*Net settings.
• I think I can do it! -- Phone support -- $65/hr
  If you just need a little extra assistance, we can assist you in configuring your system over the phone. Our normal PC Support rate applies.
• HELP! -- On-site support -- $65/hr
  If you don't want to be bothered, we'll be happy to have one of our experienced analysts visit your home or office and configure your system for you. Our normal PC Support rate applies.
