Ted's Orange Blueberry Coffee Cake
1 1/2 Cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 or 2 cups blueberries
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbs. flour
1 tbs. butter
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Stir together flour sugar, baking powder. Combine egg, orange juice,
and oil and add to flour mixture. Add blueberries. Turn into greased 9x9x2 baking pan.
Combine butter, tbs. flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture over batter. Bake
at 375 for 40 minutes.
