HCST*Net Electronic Mail Advertisement Policy

HCST*Net is an "electronic mail service provider" (Provider) as defined by section 2307.64 of the Ohio Revised Code.

HCST*Net is a registered name of Hassler Communication Systems Technology, Inc, with offices located at 2332 Grange Hall Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45431, . It is the policy of HCST*Net that no person shall use a computer, a computer network, or the computer services of an electronic mail service provider to transmit an electronic mail advertisement to any receiving address furnished by HCST*Net unless the recipient at the receiving address has consented or has agreed as a condition of service to receive the electronic mail advertisement or the recipient at the receiving address has requested and confirmed the request to receive electronic mail advertisements.

HCST*Net expressly adopts and incorporates into the Electronic Mail Advertisement Policy Section 2307.64 of the Ohio Revised Code. Any person who violates any provision of Section 2307.64 of the Ohio Revised Code violates HCST*Net's Electronic Mail Advertisement Policy and may subject the Person to sanctions, including but not limited to the sanctions described in Section 2307.64 of the Ohio Revised Code.
